If you forget your password, the only way to regain access to your protected apps is to answer your secret question correctly. Take a couple of minutes to set up this feature in the application.
- Tap > Change Passcode.
- Tap on Secret Question.
- Choose a Secret Question and write the answer.
- Tap on Confirm Answer at the bottom of the screen.
If a secret question is not set up, you will need to perform a Factory Reset on your device to regain access to the secured applications.
